Termination and Suspension

The owner reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the CEM-MESO Pharma Guide at its sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms of Service, violation of applicable law or regulation, abusive or unauthorized use of the Service, or behavior deemed detrimental to the Service, its users, or third parties. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any disputes or claims arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in California for the resolution of any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from your use of the Service or related to these Terms of Service. The Service makes no representations that it is appropriate or available for use outside of the United States. Users who access the Service from other jurisdictions do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
